In 2017, Michael Farris heard the voice of the Lord and began being discipled by Chris Moix. At that time, he was walking through deep struggles with addiction and sin. One night, in complete surrender, he chose to let go and allow God to take hold of his life. That moment of submission changed everything—his marriage, his home, and his future.

Today, God has called him to preach the gospel with all authority and to train up disciples and disciple-makers here at Harrah Church. He leads alongside his wife, Lauren Farris, with their two children, faithfully modeling what it looks like to walk in obedience to Christ.

When he’s not leading or preaching, you can often find him serving as the water boy for the local Choctaw High School football team or practicing Jiu-Jitsu.
